BURN FAT FAST

Basis of recommendations: We will do more cardio base classes starting with the foundation of Fullbody shaper in the first week and then increase up to 1 cardio class/ week. After Week 3 onwards, we will focus on ramping up the cardio element.

Basis of recommendations: We will do mainly the strength base classes starting with the foundation of Fullbody shaper in the first week and then increase up to 1 strength class/week. After Week 3 onwards, we will focus on ramping up the week with a cardio element before aligning to the Power series.

DANCIER way to get 
fitter

'Basis of recommendations: We will pursue the fitness objectives of getting healthier and fitter through the dance programs in CHIMPCHAMP. Starting with Zumba, we then explore the other dance program Shbam and also push the boundaries with the step dance fitness program, Les Mills Bodystep. It's mainly about experiencing alot of fun in this track!

Suitable demographics: We know how difficult it is to fight procrastination and if you happen to be a dancey person, this is the absolute answer to getting fitter and stronger. Suitable for people who like dancing and enjoy having fun.

ALLEVIATE URBAN subheaLTH ISSUES

Basis of recommendations: The Bodybalance program is the foundation for the track to alleviate your urban subhealth issues. Managing urban subhealth issues is a long journey that requires time and effort to neutralize the accumulative effects from prior unhealthy habits. Consistency is the key here and being receptive to improvements over time with a variety of strengthening programs will definitely get you the results.

Suitable demographics: Champers who always feel sluggish and pain all across the body. This track enables you to feel strong internally even as you go about in your daily life. Also suitable for those who want flexibility and stretching to "loosen" out the tension and stress they get from workplace.
