Throwback: BODYCOMBAT 100 (2024)
A milestone that celebrated our love for movement, connection, and community.
A CHIMP returned to his homeland after traveling to many lands.
To his surprise, he found his friends and family often falling sick and feeling lethargic due to sub-health issues. They aspire to get fit and healthy, but find it hard to exercise due to low motivation. The CHIMP decided to rally his friends to start a fitness movement that embodies fun and cohesiveness.
This fitness movement encourages the CHAMPion in everyone, inspiring you to become better versions of yourself compared to the first time you stepped into CHIMPCHAMP.
This is how CHIMPCHAMP evolved, inspired by you, and created to encourage you to achieve a fitter you via consistency and fun.

Every year at CHIMPCHAMP, we hold an event that celebrates one thing above all — our shared passion and flame for Les Mills.
In 2024, we celebrated BODYCOMBAT 100, a milestone that marked not just a number, but the heartbeat of a growing movement — one driven by energy, unity, and purpose.
This year, that flame continues to burn brighter through LEGENDS IN ACTION.
It is our way of honouring the legends — both the global icons who inspire us and the everyday heroes who bring that same inspiration to our studios.
For over a decade, Reagan Kang has dedicated his life to Les Mills.
He’s been a figurehead across Southeast Asia — appearing in more masterclass videos than most can count, representing excellence, humility, and heart.
To us, Reagan isn’t just a presenter — he’s our region’s pride, the embodiment of what it means to live and breathe Les Mills.
And here at CHIMPCHAMP, our ChampCoaches share that same spark.
They bring world-class programs to life day after day — pouring energy, skill, and personality into every class. They are the ones who carry the Les Mills flame locally, igniting motivation and belief in every participant they teach.
