Mobility + activation to groove the movement pattern of the day and prepare your body for safe, strong lifts.
💪 Skill Block 1: Upper Body
Coach-led technique work on a primary lift (e.g., rows, deadlifts). Unlike follow-along classes, the coach walks around to correct mistakes, fine-tune your form, and share secondary tips to maximize gains.
🦵 Skill Block 2: Lower Body
Focused lifts to build your metabolic base—glutes, hamstrings, quads—so you stay lean, toned, and strong. Expect training that drives postural stability and keeps your body burning energy efficiently.
🛡️ Skill Block 3: Arms / Shoulder Stability / Posture Strengthening
Addresses one of the most common modern issues: shoulder instability and poor posture. Lifting movements are designed to stabilize the shoulders, strengthen posture, and counteract hunching or leaning patterns. Finishes with a guided cooldown to recover and reset.

Q: Do you need to be very fit to join STRENGTH ESSENTIAL ?
A: No. The coach sets your regressions and load. You’ll learn safe form first, then add intensity. (This program is designed to be beginner-friendly.)
Q: I already lift, will this challenge me?
A: Definitely. This is the ultimate secret for regulars to break plateaus and also to focus on the postures and not just on the weights you can achieve. You learn and apply best practices when you are lifting and spend time really focusing on specific muscle activation rather than just chasing for tempo, reps or weights. Try this and feel the difference in empowering your lift!
Q: How is this different from Strength Development?
A: Similar to Strength Development, Strength Essential does not follow the tempo. What is different in this program is the single-minded focus on pure lifting and strength movements, so you will not find mountain climbs or any additional fitness objectives that is included in the class delivery.
Q: So, my first time to STRENGTHE SSENTIAL, what should I take note of or bring?
A: Sports shoes is a must, your towel and water bottle. Its also important to come to class with an expectation to try best and focus on postures. Commit to an hour of exploring to benefit numerous hours of confident and effective strength training.
