Q: Is this Yoga ?

A: Not exactly. You’ll get stretches and breathwork, but the focus is mobility (joint range + control) and recovery for better movement quality.

Q: Will I stretch?
​
A: Usually not drenched — but you’ll feel worked in a different way: deeper control, longer holds, and real release.

Q: How often should I do this?
​
A: 1x/week is a powerful baseline if you train hard. 2x/week if you’re tight, sore often, or desk-bound.

Q: I get cramps during stretching sometimes — is that normal?
​
A: It happens, especially when your body is learning new coordination and ranges. We coach you through it with pacing, breath, and progression.
